Order processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an unexpected availability issue affects your order, we will contact you.

Shipping

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the selected service and destination. Carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Pickup-only items

Products marked pickup only are not available for shipping. Contact us to coordinate collection at 5667 Commerce Drive, Suite 1, Edgewood, FL 32839. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.
