Returns

You may request a return of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

Before sending anything back, contact info@abrilliantfinish.com or call/text 407-902-6225. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and confirm any applicable return shipping arrangements.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
